This is a sampling of residential renovations with details ranging from
traditional and craftsman to contemporary and modern.  All projects
involved some level of structural design by the architectural team for
removal of interior walls to create open spaces.  The firm specializes
in developing creative and efficient strategies to update finishes,
improve circulation and/or expand existing homes with an eye to the
budget.  Current renovation projects not yet shown include new
kitchen renovations and a Historic District craftsman.  We have an
extensive list of past projects and references.

The principal architect, Albert Skiles has extensive experience with
historical structures.  Past projects have included: homes in the
Washington-Willow Historic District, preservation feasibility Study for
Girl Scout Council camp structures and analysis of the "I"  type house
in Fayetteville (right), as well as Historical Registry
and renovation plans for the Kingston General Store.
