The design of these two residences emphasized a relationship to the traditional
neighborhood and efficiency of space in a relatively compact site. Taking advantage of
the south facing front, large windows fill the living spaces with natural light and passive
solar comfort. The houses were a speculative project for Swiftwater Development and
quickly sold upon completion.
